Role overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Manager to lead the leasing strategy for our new Build to Rent (BTR) asset in Preston. You’ll be responsible for optimising rental income, meeting occupancy and retention targets, and delivering a premium leasing experience for all prospects and residents.

- Drive and implement strategic leasing initiatives to maximise occupancy and rental returns.
- Champion the leasing journey, conducting property tours and managing tenant applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, prospects, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Leasing Agent to achieve team targets.
- Ensure compliance with VIC legislation, accurate reporting, and effective use of CRM systems.

About You

With a background in BTR, property or hotels, you will bring:

- Proven leasing experience in residential, commercial, or retail sectors
- Strong financial acumen and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of customer service and problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
- Valid Certificate IV in Real Estate Practise or Diploma of Property
