What You’ll Need to Succeed

- An Australian practising certificate and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in family law

- A deep understanding of the Family Law and related legislation

- Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills

- A high level of empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail

- Ability to achieve billable hour targets (5-7)

- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
