The Opportunity

We currently have multiple full-time permanent roles available for Rear Lift, Tautliners & HIABS Truck Drivers.

These roles involve early starts (4:00am), Monday to Friday, with plenty of weekend overtime opportunities available, plus a sign‑on bonus of up to $3,000

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operating rear lift, tautliners, HIABS, with the opportunity to learn how to drive other trucks.
- Collecting a range of commercial waste streams
- Performing vehicle safety checks and completing compliance paperwork
- Engaging in manual handling – must be physically fit
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships

What You’ll Bring

- A current HR license
- HR truck driving experience, Rear Lift trucks, Tautliners/Curtain‑sider, HIAB, etc.
- A flexible, reliable, and safety‑first attitude
- Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management
- Waste industry experience is a bonus but not essential
- A positive, team‑oriented approach
