Senior Financial Controller

You will report to the CFO of the holding company with the resources, sophistication, and leadership and backing of a large US Private equity firm. You will play a key role in the acquisition and integration of multiple organisations over the next 3 -5 years.* Build world-class financial processes and systems from the ground up.* Collaborate directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.* Play a pivotal role in a private equity-backed business driving growth through acquisition and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Establish a scalable, robust accounting and reporting infrastructure.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and relevant financial reports for key stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of system-based reporting tools to integrate financial and operational data.
- Develop and manage essential financial policies, procedures, and business processes.
- Oversee treasury and risk management functions for the Group.
- Identify and implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency.

What You Bring:
You are a CA/CPA-qualified professional with a Big 4 Audit background (preferred) and at least 8 years of accounting experience, including 3-5 years in senior leadership roles. You have a strong track record in consolidation/M&A accounting, acquisition ERP integrations, AASB reporting, and implementing ERP systems. Your expertise spans the full spectrum of accounting functions, from financial reporting and cost accounting to treasury and tax. Known for your exceptional organisational and time management skills, you combine attention to detail with strong communication and leadership abilities. With a proactive and innovative approach, you are ready to build scalable systems and processes in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
