At (ENTITY) you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
Provide technical support to production assembly lines and cross-functional teams.
Participate in SOP validation, updating, and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen).
Support product change projects, pre-series model introductions, and special investigations.
Translate new product information into assembly instructions for production and logistics teams.
Lead training for assembling new products during project build stages.
Assist in developing, implementing, and improving technical process solutions aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Ensure correct tooling, parts, and assembly methods are in place to support production efficiency and quality.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace, following company WHS policies and procedures.
Who are you?

You hold a Certificate IV in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
You have advanced product knowledge and a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
You are skilled in Lean Manufacturing principles, especially the 4Ms: Manning, Machine, Method, and Material.
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of identifying opportunities for process and safety improvements.
You are comfortable leading training, supporting project builds, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You demonstrate autonomy in using company systems and a strong awareness of cyber security.
You take pride in working safely and helping others do the same.
