Right now, we’re seeking a Senior Consultant Leadership Capability who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role

This role works across the business to design and deliver leadership programs, coaching and experiences that strengthen leader capability and accelerate TAC’s shift to a high‑performing, constructive culture. As part of our High Performing Leadership Program, you’ll help elevate leadership effectiveness and make a lasting impact on our culture.

What we’re looking for

- LSI accredited – Accreditation in LSI 1 & 2 and experience in de‑briefing results, coaching and action planning. Coaching accreditation in IECL or similar is desirable.

- Advanced facilitation skills – Advanced facilitation is essential to engage leaders at all levels, fostering meaningful dialogue, deep reflection and applying learning to real‑world leadership challenges.

- Significant experience in managing enterprise‑wide projects and change initiatives in complex environments – Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs, with extensive experience relating to organisational development and culture transformation related programmes.

- Advanced communication and consulting skills – Proven communication and consulting skills across a range of stakeholders, including developing communications material and plans, understanding stakeholder needs and managing stakeholder relationships in order to deliver tailored programs which meet business needs.

About the team

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Capability this role sits within the Learning and Capability Branch in the People, Culture and Engagement division. You will be joining a collaborative, supportive and outcomes focused team, who are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees. You will be supported by a Manager who promotes a highly supportive, engaged and trusting team culture.
