Our Projects team is growing, giving us the opportunity for a talented construction administrator to join Plantation Homes. This is a full time role working from our office in Springwood.

About the Role

Joining our team, you will be responsible for the pre-construction administration of the files, delivering a seamless journey through the office and out to construction, including the facilitating of the drafting of plans, developer approvals and building permits.

This role partners with internal and external customers, developers, land agents, certifiers, and other relevant bodies to achieve great customer outcomes. We’re a team known to help each other out and you’ll thrive working collaboratively with other Project Planners and Ready Built team members.

Some insight into you:

This is a highly administrative role and your previous experience and know-how to work within a fast-paced, compliance-driven industry will be key. Your strengths lie in administration and project management with a keen eye for detail and a highly organised approach to your work. Ideally, you'll have experience with:

- Contracts administration

- Liaising with Certifiers, Developers, Local Councils, and other industry stakeholders

- Reading and understanding house plans and sketches

- Council and building approvals

About You

You approach your work in a collaborative manner and build rapport with ease. You pride yourself on your ability to work in a high volume administrative environment. You are organised, adaptable, and manage your time well.

A supportive and positive team culture is important to you, as is the ability to have ownership over your work. You are motivated by the learning opportunities that come with a role like this.

While industry exposure is a bonus, experience in high volume administration is really what will make you shine in this role.
