Be the driving force behind vibrant neighbourhood hubs: We’re looking for an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to take the reins of a portfolio of Perth neighbourhood centres and lead them into their next chapter. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you’ll not only oversee daily operations but actively shape how these centres evolve into thriving, community-focused destinations.

This isn’t just about keeping the lights on. You’ll implement strategies that transform the centres, add value, and create places people genuinely love. You’ll work independently day-to-day while tapping into the expertise of a highly skilled national team covering leasing, asset management, marketing, finance, and more.

Your key responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations including tenant communication, arrears management, lease compliance, Opex budgeting and reporting
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and coordinate contractors to resolve them quickly
- Manage public liability incidents and ensure accurate reporting
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Support lease administration by updating tenancy schedules and tracking sales and insurance certificates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholders

About you

- 7+ years’ experience in shopping centre management
- Strong knowledge of building operations, compliance, and services
- Confident with budgeting and public liability processes
- Clear, approachable communicator with a solutions focus
- Organised, practical, and comfortable juggling both reactive tasks and long-term planning
- Well-versed in the Perth market, with valuable local insight and relationships
