Responsibilities
What you’ll do: Step into a role where your expertise shapes the future of digital transformation You'll partner with customers on their journey, from leading presales workshops to delivering seamless end-to-end solutions. Focus on one project at a time, driving phases such as analysis, planning, design, and configuration of Microsoft Security and Modern Workplace technologies. Beyond projects, you’ll contribute to our vibrant engineering culture, innovate new offerings, and share knowledge that drives excellence.

Ideal candidate
Our ideal person will have: Prior consulting experience and exceptional communication skills to engage effectively across diverse audiences. Your expertise in Workplace and Security technologies, combined with a strategic mindset and a curiosity to learn and innovate, makes you a valuable senior leader. Desired skillset includes:
- Endpoint Management – Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Co-Management, MECM/SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 10/11, iOS, macOS and Android operating systems
- Microsoft 365 Platform - Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform and Copilot.
- Microsoft Security Solutions - Defender suite (Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, Cloud Apps, Identity and O365), Sentinel, Privileged Identity Management and M365 Defender.
- Identity and Access Management – Entra ID, Role based access controls, authentication protocols, Identity Governance, Identity Lifecycle Management, Hybrid Identity configuration, Active Directory, Conditional Access and Entitlement Management.
- Information Security & Compliance – Secure Score, Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Data Loss prevention, Microsoft Priva and Azure Policy.
- Content migration – M365 Tenant to M365 Tenant or On-Prem to M365 Tenant migrations for Microsoft 365 platforms (E.g. Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner)
- Scripting and automation – PowerShell, Python and Microsoft Graph
- Microsoft Licensing – Microsoft Business and Enterprise licensing, consumption models and cost optimisation methods
