What You'll Do as an LWB Youth Worker: - Build trusting, nurturing relationships with children and young people through genuine care and active engagement - Be a positive role model who inspires young people to develop life skills and confidence - Support family involvement and facilitate meaningful connections that promote healing and belonging - Encourage positive peer relationships and community connections - Empower young people to have a voice in their own lives and decisions What You Need to Get Started: - Unrestricted driver’s license and reliable car (to help transport clients) - Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to get certified before starting) - Actively enrolled in or completed a relevant youth work qualification (if unsure, click here Minimum Qualification Standards Information Sheet) Ready to Take the Next Step?
