Part-Time Front of House Team Member (Daytime Only)

Location: Fego (Site: Ascot) Contract Type: Part-Time, Permanent Availability Required: Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays (Daytime Only)

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, friendly and service-focused Part-Time Front of House Team Member to join our established team at Fego. This is a daytime-only position, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.

The role involves greeting guests, running a section, and ensuring every guest has a brilliant dining experience with us. You’ll be confident in recommending dishes, supporting dietary requirements and delivering warm, attentive hospitality throughout service.

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who enjoys hosting and providing exceptional guest service.

- A warm and personable approach with confidence in interacting with guests.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous hospitality experience is desirable.

- Team player mindset – at Fego, there are no front of house vs kitchen divides.

- Weekend and bank holiday daytime availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Running your own section and ensuring guests feel welcome from arrival through to departure.

- Sharing knowledge of our menu and confidently guiding guest choices.

- Making dietary recommendations and ensuring allergen awareness.

- Delivering orders promptly with a smile and positive attitude.

- Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver great service.
