NAB is looking for motivated and driven Home Lending Specialists to join our North QueenslandAitkenvale team

In this Home Lending Specialist role, you will:

- Be customer-centric- You'll be the go-to expert for our clients, guiding them through the home loan process with personalized advice and support.
- Bring innovative solutions- Leverage NAB's cutting-edge technology and products to provide clients with seamless, efficient, and innovative lending solutions.
- Build relationships- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and brokers to expand your network and drive business growth.
- Be Results-Oriented - Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.

What you will bring:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A self-starter who is driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
- Experience with business development.
- Tech-savvy expertise, with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Experience in the finance or banking sector preferred, particularly in lending.
