We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.This role is Monday to Friday and may be site based at various projects regionally around the state from time to time. The ability to travel and be away from home during the week is essential to this role.**In this role you'll be responsible for:*** Building strong relationships and networks with internal and external key stakeholders* Scheduling, forecasting, procurement and management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors* Working collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment* Ensuring that project planning, resources, budgets and timelines are on successfully met* Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimise risk to health and safety of themselves and others through SWMS, Special Processes and Corrective Actions* Reports incidents, non-conformances and near misses and participate in incident investigations when required**How you'll connect to the role:*** Ideally you will have an appropriate trade certificate (or equivalent)* 5+ years experience working on SA DIT projects* Proven commitment to leading safety, quality and environmental compliance on site* Excellent ability to understand and interpret project and client specific requirements* Demonstrated ability to understand costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management and project controls* You will be resilient, adaptable and someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiative* You will have well-developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills* Alignment with our values of **Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership*** Adopting and driving **Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.**Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
