About Our Client

A well‑established and proudly Australian agricultural products manufacturing business is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. With a strong heritage and a deep connection to both trade and consumer markets, the company is now seeking an Innovation & Growth Manager to drive new category development, commercial innovation, and strategic partnerships across Australia.

Job Description

You’ll play a pivotal role in:

- Leading strategic growth and innovation initiatives that align with business priorities and market trends

- Partnering with customers and suppliers to co‑develop new products, packaging, and channel solutions

- Translating market insights into actionable commercial opportunities

- Building business cases and managing end‑to‑end implementation of innovation projects

- Championing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams

The Successful Applicant

We’re looking for a commercially driven innovation manager with hands‑on leadership experience, ideally from an agricultural product‑based environment, who enjoys turning ideas into results.

- Proven success driving growth, NPD, and commercial execution across B2B and/or B2C markets

- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and route‑to‑market dynamics

- Ability to partner across marketing, sales, operations, and R&D to deliver measurable business outcomes

- A balance of strategic insight and operational pragmatism

- Natural curiosity, resilience, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders

- Tertiary qualifications in business, R&D, technical or a related discipline
