Job Description:
As a Partner Sales Manager, you will leverage the capacity and capability of our focus partners and collaborate with our field sales teams to create a mutual partner-originated pipeline. This role is essential in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Partner Capacity: Utilize the strengths and capabilities of focus partners to drive sales and expand market reach.
- Pipeline Creation: Work with field sales teams to develop and implement strategies that create a strong, mutual partner-originated pipeline.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment between partner and Atlassian's go-to-market strategies to meet shared business goals.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and achieve results.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and provide insights to optimize partner sales efforts.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partner or field sales management, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership Role:
As the Leader of the Partner Sales Management team, you will manage a team of Partner Sales Managers, grow our partner-originated pipeline, and drive integration between our field and partner sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Partner Sales Managers across key segments.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the pipeline for partner-originated business and coordinate with field teams.
- Leverage Partner Capacity: Use partner strengths to expand market reach.
- Pipeline Creation: Collaborate on strategies to build a robust, mutual pipeline.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment with Atlassian's GTM strategies.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance and optimize efforts.
- Market Insight: Keep informed about industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Experience in partner or field sales leadership, preferably in tech.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results-oriented strategic thinker.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and leveraging predictable sales processes.
