Senior Program Development Manager: Relocate to the East Coast of Australia

Are you an experienced electrical engineering leader ready to take on a pivotal, high-impact role with a major utility infrastructure owner?

We are seeking an exceptional Program Development Manager to relocate to the Australian East Coast and oversee the strategic development of a portfolio of high-value, complex electricity infrastructure projects. This is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding projects from initial concept right through to execution readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver complex project development outcomes.

- Establish and maintain consistent project development practices.

- Manage critical interdependencies and ensure alignment with strategic, regulatory, and commercial objectives.

- Drive stakeholder engagement, risk management, and coordination across key functions (planning, design, delivery, and asset management).

What You'll Bring

- Tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering or a related discipline are essential.

- Extensive experience in project development and design within the energy utility sector.

- Proven leadership managing major infrastructure projects.

- Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of utility regulations and delivery frameworks.
