Position Profile The Senior Leadership Development Consultant is responsible for the design, delivery, facilitation and coordination of a suite of leadership development programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Plan for Our People and achievement of EMHS values, strategies and plans. - Working with a team of learning and organisational development practitioners, the broader People and Culture team and leaders to design, develop, implement, evaluate, and review leadership development initiatives. - Facilitation of manager and leader development programs. - Coordination of EMHS nominations and placements for Institute of Health Leadership (IHL) programs. - Tracking and reporting of leadership development initiatives funded by IHL entity-based funding, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines. - Facilitating individual and group debriefs using personality diagnostic tools (PRINT and DiSC).
