We currently have an exciting role for you to join our Community Centres Team.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Supports the fair and equitable access to community facilities through exceptional customer service
- Identifies opportunities and creates improvements to administration processes to enhance efficiency, the customer experience and increase venue utilisation.
- Improves community participation, connection, wellbeing and quality of life by facilitating access through our online booking system to halls and reserves.
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum three years working experience in administration, facility booking or venue hire.
- High level customer service skills and attention to detail.
- An understanding of community development and events.

This is a Level 3 position which has a current salary range of $85,842 - $92,318 per annum (plus Super).
