We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Territory Sales Manager to lead and expand our Medium Voltage business in South Australia with a focus in Utility and Renewable verticals. This role will oversee Siemens' medium voltage switchgear and protection portfolio, including primary and secondary switchgear (GIS & AIS & Blue), ring main units (up to 33kV), protection relays, fusesaver, CMR overhead reclosing product range, packaged solutions as part of our electrical systems services offering. A solid knowledge of the SA Utility and Renewable market, including the contestable business and renewable energy landscape would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, consultants, EPCs and contractors through a balanced approach of hunting and farming.
- Grow revenue and meet targets by leveraging your technical knowledge and industry experience focusing on Renewables and Utility segments.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve high conversion rates.
- Develop and execute 3–5 year strategic plans to expand market presence and pipeline in renewables.
- Lead contract negotiations and tailor Siemens’ product and service portfolios to meet customer‑specific needs.
- Act as the escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, build relationships and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable and Utility segments.
- Represent Siemens at industry seminars and roadshows, showcasing our technology‑first portfolio.
- Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the renewable and Utility ecosystem.
- Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to promote adoption.
- Provide regular insights and reporting to senior leadership on market trends and business development activities.
About You
- 5+ years of local sales experience in the medium voltage or associated industrial sector.
- A good knowledge of contract commercial and tendering procedures.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional relationship building skill focusing on long‑term relationships (essential).
- Experience working in Electrical industries in South Australia will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant statutory body requirements and Australian Standards within the industry.
- Previous experience in account management with strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of medium voltage switchgear and protection devices (preferred but not mandatory).
- The ability to travel when required.
