ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities to ensure quality standards are met. Serve as a main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns. Lead contracts administration and tendering processes.

DUTIES

- Develop Project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
- Ensure that the projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Prepare reports on project progress, issues, and changes for stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor of Construction Management/Civil Engineering or a related field
- Great Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Project Management software like Asana, Trello, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
- Prior experience as a Project Manager in Buildings, Open spaces, Civil projects.
