Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager Role

We have experience across various disciplines:

  • Aviation
  • Water
  • Transport
  • Energy (Transmission and Renewable)
  • Defence (Baseline or NV1 clearance required)
  • Civil infrastructure (earthworks and other services)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain key success criteria established for each project.
  • Delivery of projects with minimal impact on existing operations.
  • Project development - identifying scope of works based on client needs.
  • Stakeholder coordination - identification of stakeholders and liaison with all parties.
  • Procurement Coordination - contract drafting, tender preparations, and management.
  • Approvals & Planning - working with the wider project team to obtain necessary approvals.
  • Contract Management - ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Construction management - control of construction site management.
  • Risk and issues management - ensuring early identification of project risks.
  • Quality management - adherence to expected quality standards.
  • Cost and time management - planning and forecasting project spend and delivery milestones.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience.
  • Experience working in building construction ideal.
  • Awareness of Australian building standards / codes.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-functional projects financially and leading a team.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced customer-centric organisation.
  • Experience in the development and delivery of projects in existing operational environments.
  • Positive attitude with ability to contribute to the wider team beyond assigned projects.
  • Highly proficient communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
