Overview

An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Handyperson to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. An eager Handyperson who has hands on experience within a trade environment and has knowledge of building construction to join our Hotel Maintenance Team. This role will see you carry out fabrication, maintenance, repair and installations of all aspects of the designated hotel zone. This role requires a current Full Australian Drivers License.

Responsibilities

- Carry out all related maintenance and repairs as requested in a professional-like manner.
- Minor repairs, reprogramming, service and fault finding to guest room air-conditioning units, hotel lighting and electronic door locks and room safes.
- Be responsible for the maintenance and security of all tools provided.
- Carry out all preventative maintenance as per the schedule laid down by the programmed maintenance manuals.

Qualifications

- Current full Australian Driver’s License.
- Experience in a trade environment with knowledge of building construction.
