Who We Are Seeking

An experienced and passionate Handyperson Team Leader to join our Maintenance team at Ayers Rock Resort who has:

  • Experience in a trade or maintenance environment
  • Hold a valid Open Australian Drivers Licence (with the ability to convert to NT)
  • Previous experience using hand tools
  • Hold a valid White Card (or ability to obtain one)
  • Experience in a team leader or supervisory role
  • Experience carrying out on the job training for new team members
About the role

In this role you will ensure all maintenance requests are acted on quickly, safely and thoroughly including assisting tradespersons in all trade-related works when required, in a proactive and professional manner.

The Key Duties To Be Performed
  • Issue and monitor work projects to the Housing Services Maintenance Team
  • Monitor team performance and notify manager of potential issues or conflicts
  • Carry out all related maintenance and repairs as requested by management in a professional manner
  • Prioritise and attend to urgent repairs as required to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at all times
  • Set an example of professional behaviours, including presentation and conduct, for all team members to follow

Full time Position Available | $30.80 per hour (plus superannuation)
