Full Time Finance Manager
SALARY $140,000 + SUPERANNUATION

Xefco has pioneered a novel plasma technology, called Ausora™ that provides a sustainable dyeing and finishing solution to eliminate water pollution from textile manufacturing. Ausora has been developed through a long-standing research partnership with Deakin University and is set to bring a disruptive manufacturing solution to the textile industry together a broad range of other potential applications.

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations and other operational requirements of the company. The Finance Manager will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to support the company's growth.

Duties:
• Develop and manage the company's financial budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Analyse and report on the financial performance of the company, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Manage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Provide financial analysis and support for new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Support other operational requirements of the business such as seeking grant opportunities, capital raising activities and relationships with new and existing investors and other financial partners.


Reporting:
• The Finance Manager will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a financial management position.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Willingness to take on new challenges as the business develops and grows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven strategic planning experience at management level.
• Experience working with early stage and/or high growth companies including experience with grants and capital raising is desirable.
• Experience working with foreign entities, export of goods and other international trade is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient with Xero or similar accounting software
• Strong communication and presentation skills
