What You'll Do:

- Provide exceptional care in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency paediatric settings.
- Lead and mentor junior medical staff, fostering their growth and development.
- Participate in audits, quality improvements, and risk management initiatives.
- Be an integral part of multidisciplinary team meetings and community health programs.
- Contribute to research, education, and training within the department.
- Be available for on-call emergency services as required.

- Experience in mentoring junior doctors and contributing to educational programs.
