About the Role

The Guest Services Representative will enhance guest expectations, foster loyalty and drive Village Entertainment brand through outstanding guest interactions.

Responsibilities

- Query Resolution: Work alongside a team to handle, resolve and respond to all customer enquiries.
- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional guest experience through personalised solutions and professional communication.
- Events and Bookings: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage guest birthday parties and small-scale events.

About You

We’re looking for a Guest Services Representative who brings:

- A tertiary qualification in year 12 or equivalent
- Previous experience in similar role
- Sufficient skills in Microsoft Office, PPT, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong commitment to providing excellent guest experience
