Enrolled Nurse Nothern Suburbs Immediate Start

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team. In this unique role, you will combine your clinical nursing skills with Human Resources (HR) responsibilities. You will provide care to our clients while supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and management of our care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

- Provide high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and assistance with daily activities.
- Support clients in maintaining their health, independence, and quality of life.
- Monitor and report on clients’ health status, ensuring all care plans are up-to-date.

Human Resources Duties:

- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new care staff.
- Manage employee scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Support staff performance evaluations and handle general HR inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.

Requirements:

- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (AHPRA)
- Experience in HR or willingness to undertake training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and client-focused approach
- Understanding of the Nurses Award, SCHADS Award and other relevant healthcare legislation (desirable)
