As a Beauty Therapist at MYER, you’ll deliver personalised facial treatments and expert skincare advice, helping clients achieve their most radiant, confident selves. Representing a world-renowned French beauty brand, you’ll create exceptional experiences that reflect Lancôme’s elegance, innovation, and care.

About the role

- Deliver luxurious facial treatments and personalised skincare consultations

- Provide expert advice on Lancôme skincare, makeup, and fragrance to meet client needs

- Create exceptional client experiences that reflect Lancôme’s prestige and French heritage

- Achieve individual and counter sales targets through product recommendations and upselling

- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat visits

- Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment environment

- Ensure visual merchandising standards and counter presentation align with brand guidelines

- Participate in training programs to enhance skincare expertise and product knowledge

- Support the Counter Manager in promotions, events, and client outreach activities

- Uphold MYER and Lancôme standards and policies, ensuring compliance and professionalism
