This maximum term maternity cover contract offers you the chance to lead meaningful change in the financial services industry whilst building your expertise across multiple brand portfolios. Reporting into our Head of ANZ, you'll oversee both our established CFD trading platforms and our exciting Australian share trading growth, plus champion our premium ALPHA offering to high-net-worth clients. The diversity of this portfolio means you'll master everything from B2B relationship building to consumer-focused digital campaigns.

Leading a dynamic team of 21 marketing professionals, you'll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where innovation meets results. Your strategic thinking will directly influence revenue growth and brand equity across the region, whilst your leadership will shape the next generation of marketing talent. What you’ll be working on

Your primary focus will be building and driving marketing strategies that deliver revenue growth and strengthen brand equity across all Australian and New Zealand markets. You'll manage substantial marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to maximise performance across digital campaigns, brand building, and customer lifecycle programs.

You'll orchestrate strategic initiatives spanning full-funnel digital marketing, offline brand strategies, product launches, content marketing, website optimisation, social media, PR, and communications. Your role extends beyond traditional marketing as you champion the voice of clients throughout the business, influencing product design and customer experience improvements.

What will help you be successful?

You're an experienced marketing leader with tertiary qualifications and over 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 8 years in leadership and people management roles. Your background includes success with both B2B and B2C marketing, ideally with experience managing multiple brands in complex, global environments.

You thrive in data-rich environments and stay current with the latest MarTech solutions and agile frameworks. Your relationship management skills are exceptional, and you've successfully managed third-party media and creative agencies to deliver outstanding brand strategies and campaigns.

If you've been working as a Head of Marketing in financial services, professional services, telecommunications, technology, or other fast-paced industries, we'd love to hear from you. Please note you must be eligible to work in Australia permanently.
