After an extensive renovation, The Royal Mail Hotel is thrilled to reopen its doors this spring As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we are seeking experienced Assistant Venue Managers to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our beloved local venue.

As an Assistant Venue Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the bistro, sports bar and gaming room, ensuring our high standards of service are maintained, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests. Your leadership will be essential in managing and motivating the team, ensuring compliance with venue policies, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

- Ability to stocktake and investigate the stock loss

- Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment

- Previous experience working with Ivy and Seven Rooms

- Must hold a current RLMV & Approved Manager's license

- CLO desirable but not necessary
