Role

As part of the leadership team, you’ll be a visible, trusted presence — setting the tone for safety, driving meaningful environmental initiatives, and ensuring everyone heads home safely each day. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll get to influence strategy, connect with people on the floor, and shape a culture that genuinely cares.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and roll out HSE plans that bring the national strategy to life on-site, ensuring they are practical for the people doing the work.

- Be practical, engaging, and focused on embedding safety into everyday operations.

- Stay across changing regulations to help set new standards for the industry, not just to stay compliant.

- Lead investigations and risk assessments, and run training that actually sticks, turning insights into real improvements.

- Use data to tell the story of performance and action, while working closely with leaders to build capability and confidence in HSE leadership.

- In injury management, bring empathy, early intervention, and a people-first mindset to every situation.

About You

You’re an experienced HSE professional with a solid background in manufacturing or a similar operational environment. You understand the realities of site-based work and know how to build relationships that make safety part of the everyday conversation. You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable influencing at all levels. You bring sound knowledge of HSE legislation, strong coaching skills, and a genuine passion for helping others grow. You thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and are confident leading new initiatives from concept to delivery. Most importantly, you’re an authentic leader who leads by example, brings energy to the role, and earns trust through action.
