THE ROLE
Christian College Geelong is looking for enthusiastic and qualified Primary Teachers to join our team commencing 22 January 2026. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in education, a love for working with young children, and a commitment to fostering their academic and personal growth.
There are multiple full time positions available in Junior years at our Bellarine, Junior and Surf Coast campuses in both fixed term and ongoing roles.

Are you an enthusiastic educator with a passion for primary education? To thrive in this role, you will bring relevant qualifications and contemporary teaching experience in teaching Primary Students as well as:
- Strong literacy, numeracy and digital literacy practices plus a clear understanding of the Australian Curriculum
- Commitment to child safety
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- You are passionate about impacting students’ minds and hearts and for providing a safe, supportive learning environments
- Commitment to engage with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to achieve the best outcomes
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Alignment with the Christian values and ethos of our College
