Operating within a Joint Venture framework for e2x as our Site Engineer – Electrical will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the construction of the project, ensuring quality control and management of work flow, on-site activities, materials and equipment on site.
This role is based on site on the Western Sydney Metro project – Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate electrical works across construction and commissioning phases
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Support testing, inspections, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Supervise subcontractor performance and provide technical guidance on-siteMaintain accurate documentation, reporting, and support project handover into operations
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Electrical Engineer).
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) – preferred.
- Membership of relevant Engineering Institutions (e.g. Engineers Australia) – preferred
- 3+ years’ project delivery experience in construction (Tier 1/Tier 2 contractor environment preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, and relevant codes.
- Experience managing subcontractors, technical submittals, and QA/commissioning processes.
