The Opportunity

As the Lead Veterinarian, you will build upon the success of an established team and help shape the future of the clinic.

Responsibilities

- Ensuring best-practice patient care at all times

- Leading and maintaining clinical standards across the hospital

- Collaborating with the Practice Manager to manage patient flow and clinic efficiency

- Mentoring and developing veterinary and nursing staff

- Fostering a positive team culture of collaboration and excellence

- Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistency, teamwork, and support

About You

- BVSc (or equivalent) and registered to practice in Australia

- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience

- Passionate about patient care and clinical leadership

- Confident in managing a clinical caseload and supporting a team

- Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
