The Opportunity

As the Lead Veterinarian, you will build upon the success of an established team and help shape the future of the clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring best-practice patient care at all times
  • Leading and maintaining clinical standards across the hospital
  • Collaborating with the Practice Manager to manage patient flow and clinic efficiency
  • Mentoring and developing veterinary and nursing staff
  • Fostering a positive team culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistency, teamwork, and support

About You
  • BVSc (or equivalent) and registered to practice in Australia
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
  • Passionate about patient care and clinical leadership
  • Confident in managing a clinical caseload and supporting a team
  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
