Responsibilities

- Remain engaged with guests whether approaching or being approached to assist with resort enquiries and monitoring lift gate usage
- Deliver genuine passion and enthusiasm to create a memorable and quality experience for our guests
- Assist guests with any issue at the gate, confidently crowd control when necessary
- Thrive in a team environment and bring an upbeat mentality not only for our guests but to promote a supportive team culture
- Multitask like a master and think on your feet

About You

- Previous experience within a tourism-based customer service environment or information desk
- Acting confident and conscientious when interacting with guests and other team members
- Being cooperative, positive and professional
- Ability to problem solve with the guest’s best interest in mind
