As our new Presales Technical Specialist, y ou will play a crucial role in supporting the presales team by driving strategic conversations around Modern Work and acting as an interface between business and technology. You will i dentify and develop business opportunities for our Modern Work services, collaborate with Solution Specialists and Account Managers t o engage with customers, and stay updated with the latest technological advancements. Key responsibilities will include

- Engaging in presales by identifying customer needs, supporting proposition drawing, collaborating with Crayon Cloud Services team to propose and deliver tailored solutions to customers within the Cloud Adoption Framework

- Driving collaboration with the Sales and Delivery team, supporting sales by identifying opportunities and initiating first conversations with customers

- Evaluating cloud migration efforts and guiding customers in assessing the impact of cloud migration initiatives

- S olution-selling, aligning services to customer needs and delivering value which includes presenting customised solutions and creating proposals

- Developing a strong understanding of cloud computer concepts, architectures and the technical features of our services

- 3 years’ experience in presales in a similar role

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace security (Defender, Pureview etc.)

- Hold at least two of the following certifications: MS-900, SC-900, SC-200, SC-300, MS-102

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant IT experience
