About Your New Role:
We’re on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Territory Manager to join our Commercial & Industrial team in Hobart This is your chance to play a key role in growing Cleanaway’s footprint across Tasmania by delivering sustainable waste management solutions to businesses of all shapes and sizes.
As a Territory Manager, you'll lead from the front, building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and bringing innovative, sustainable services to new and existing clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hitting the road to grow our customer base through face‑to‑face business development.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with both new prospects and existing clients.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase market share.
- Reporting on your pipeline, wins, and activity—keeping things accurate and up to date.
- Using Salesforce to track opportunities, manage leads, and keep your portfolio humming.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a confident communicator with a natural flair for sales and relationship‑building. You don’t need waste industry experience—we’ll teach you that—but you do need a passion for getting results and making a difference.
You’ll also bring:
- A solid track record in B2B sales, with a focus on hitting (or smashing) targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.
- A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.
- Resilience, initiative, and an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
