Domain is a leading property technology and services marketplace. This role sits within CoStar Group and focuses on Digital Media sales into existing Property Developer clients across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

12 month contract with hybrid working and attractive commission.

As an Account Partner under the guidance of an experienced Sales Leader, you will own a Brisbane and Gold Coast portfolio of Property Developer clients and a smaller set of growing accounts. Your key objective is to drive revenue growth through media sales, new product adoption and brand loyalty to position Domain as an embedded solution and valuable business partner to the industry’s top players.

Responsibilities

- Know our key clients’ businesses through close collaboration and strong partnerships.
- Sell media and advertising solutions across Domain’s portfolio and assemble campaigns to improve client outcomes.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle in person and over the phone—from first meetings and demonstrations to business case development, contract execution, and performance reporting.
- Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and attend customer events / sales meetings.
- Strategise and implement account growth initiatives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to Key Accounts.
- New business development as a sub-focus.
- Proactively maintain relationships, introducing new and featured products to solve client problems and help them achieve goals.
- Provide world-class customer service by efficiently resolving client queries and account issues.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive activities, and potential barriers or opportunities.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate / Developer space.

Our Ideal Person

ESSENTIAL

- Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited university
- Proven success in B2B consultative selling / account management
- Comfortable with longer sales cycles and relationship development
- Experience crafting custom product solutions or bundles
- Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and build lasting partnerships
- Curious about data, insights and Real Estate
- Confident with public speaking and presenting to client sales teams
- Driven to meet sales targets and resilient
- Ability to communicate ROI and business impact clearly
- Own a reliable vehicle and ability to travel across the region (car allowance provided)
- Willingness to drive and meet clients across Brisbane and the Gold Coast

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience across Real Estate, Media, Advertising or Software industries
- Face-to-face sales experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
