Housing Electrician – Property Maintenance

Our client is a well-established property maintenance contractor working across housing projects in WA, delivering high-quality electrical maintenance, testing, and installation services. With consistent work and long-term projects, this is a great opportunity to join a stable team and be part of ongoing property upgrade programs across WA.

What’s involved in the role:

- Electrical rough-in for kitchen, laundry, and bathroom replacements

- Replacement and relocation of fixtures to suit new property layouts

- Full property testing and fault finding

- Wiring of newly installed air conditioners

- Application of correct isolation procedures

- Physically fit and confident working across multiple property sites

What is needed for the role:

- Full WA Electrical Licence

- White Card

- WA Driver’s Licence

- LVR/CPR

- Australian working rights

Desired but not essential:

- Open Cablers (Structured Cabling + COAX Endorsement)

- Split System Ticket

- EWP & WAH

- HR Class Driver’s Licence
