High Performers Wanted – Build a Service from the Ground Up

Inclusive Employment Services Manager – Mental Health Specialist

Shape the future of Inclusive Employment in Australia

ORS is proud to launch our brand-new Inclusive Employment Australia Mental Health Specialist division. We are seeking experienced and high-performing Inclusive Employment Services Managers to lead teams across our sites and regions.

This is a unique opportunity to build an evidence-based service from the ground up, drive innovation and quality, and deliver lasting outcomes for people living with mental health conditions and their families.

This role will be based at our brand new office in Wyong and will commence from October 2025.

About the Role

As an Inclusive Employment Services Manager, you will:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model — the world’s most evidence-based approach to employment for people with mental illness.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect Inclusive Employment Australia’s values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
- Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
- Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
- Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants’ holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
- Invest in your team’s development through coaching, training, and career growth opportunities.

Why ORS?

With over 750 employees across 22 national sites, ORS has been transforming lives for more than 30 years through allied health, disability, employment, and workplace rehabilitation services.

When you join ORS, you’ll benefit from:

- Specialist IPS training and access to evidence-based practices that achieve results.
- The chance to build and develop your own team, shaping a culture of excellence at your site/region.
- Access to our Management Development Program to strengthen your leadership skills.
- Collaboration with multi-disciplinary professionals including Psychologists, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, OTs, and Speech Pathologists.
- Employee wellbeing initiatives: monthly in-office massages, team-building events, ergonomic assessments, and workplace adjustments.
- Flexible work options, paid parental leave, and tailored return-to-work support.
- An additional week of annual leave after three years of service.
- Clear career pathways into senior leadership or specialisations across NDIS and Workplace Rehabilitation.

What You Will Need

- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
- Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
- Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
- Current driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
- Ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
