By working closely with employers to create bespoke recruitment and training solutions, our client supports thousands of people living with an illness, injury, or disability, who face personal barriers and considerable challenges entering the workforce and maintaining a job.

**About the opportunity**

We are recruiting for an experienced Employment Services Operations Manager on behalf of a community services organisation that delivers employment services and training to disadvantaged Australians.

The Operations Manager will have overall responsibility for the operations and performance of a large Employment Services contract across three states. Both Regional and State Managers will report into the role, and a highly competitive salary package is on offer.
- An understanding of Employment Services contracts and the interpretation of such contracts
- Operational experience within Employment Services, ideally at State Manager level or above
- A track record of successful leadership and financial sustainability in a values-driven organisation
- Proven success in developing and driving processes to improve performance and to identify and rectify any performance related problems
- Knowledge of analytics and Employment Services reporting structures
- The ability to lead by example and inspire, encourage, coach and motivate others
- A current Drivers Licence and be available to travel interstate
- A current Police Check and be able to pass a Working with Children Check
