About the Role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance customer experience across Claims & Correspondence platforms. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology delivery, driving strategic outcomes in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

- Translate business vision into actionable specifications and requirements that guide delivery teams
- Champion customer-centric digital solutions by analysing and validating business processes and systems
- Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions to support Agile delivery
- Guide stakeholders through UAT and post-implementation changes to ensure successful outcomes
- Build strong relationships across Technology & Operations, corporate functions, and external vendors
- Apply analytical techniques to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions

What You’ll Bring

- Comparable experience of at least 3+ years in a technical role
- Experience in Agile delivery, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and ceremonies
- Previous experience working with software development teams
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SmartCOMM
- Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities, with a focus on customer outcomes
