What you’ll do

As a Senior Infrastructure Services Officer based in Brisbane City, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of educational facilities across Queensland. - Oversee both planned and unplanned maintenance programmes for critical infrastructure such as swimming pools, roof safety systems, and hydraulic installations like fire hydrants.
- Review existing processes related to contractor management and stakeholder engagement with end users of educational facilities, identifying opportunities for uplift and efficiency gains.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, service providers, and internal teams to achieve high levels of client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives by assisting in the creation of business plans and refining processes to promote best practice service provision.
