About the Opportunity

A predominantly bulk-billing doctor-owned family practice in the Hadfield area, about 20 minutes northwest of the Melbourne CBD, is needing locum coverage for 2–3 months with the opportunity to stay on board permanently after the locum finishes. Based in a fantastic location opposite a shopping complex with extended trading hours and ample parking for patients and staff, the clinic is also easily accessible by public transport with a bus stop outside the premises. The spacious facility is fully computerised and AGPAL accredited with very experienced clinical and administrative support; perfect for GPs who prefer to work in an established, non-corporate setting. The ideal candidate will be available at least 3–4 days a week. Locum rates are 75% of Billings or $160/hr whichever is greater. We look forward to hearing from interested VR GPs.

Essential Criteria

- MBBS or equivalent
- Minimum AHPRA GENERAL /SPECIALIST registration
- FRACGP qualified
- Strong team player
