You will be responsible for line 2 credit management, including high-risk and non-performing accounts, and provide strategic insights through credit reviews and portfolio reporting. You will guide recovery actions, shape credit policy, and ensure compliance while mentoring a team of credit professionals.You are a strategic thinker with a passion for agricultural finance. You thrive in complex credit environments and bring clarity to risk. You are skilled in delivering clear messages and making timely informed decisions. and are a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.**You’re a pro with:*** Experience in credit and asset management in the banking and finance sectors* Leading high-performing teams and fostering engagement* Knowledge of the Agricultural sector with strong client relationship management* Financial analysis and commercial decision-making* Ability to use Microsoft Office tools and reporting systems**Qualifications/Certification:*** A relevant degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.* Significant experience in credit and asset management.* Proven leadership experience in team management.* Deep experience in agricultural finance and rural banking.At Heartland Bank Australia, we focus on providing Australians with specialist banking products that are the best or only of their kind.
