A Day in the Life

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, collaborative problem-solving, and innovative learning design. You'll craft comprehensive training programs, engage with cross-functional teams, and create learning experiences that empower our delivery services professionals to excel.

This role is 12 months contract

Responsibilities

- Design and Implement Strategic Learning Initiatives: Develop comprehensive training programs that support employee development and business objectives

- Manage Change and Communication: Lead programmatic changes from conception to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment

- Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze training data, track skill progression, and recommend innovative learning strategies

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with managers and teams to standardize training methodologies and best practices

- Create Impactful Learning Content: Develop multi-media instructional materials that engage and educate our workforce

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
