Position: Property Services Manager

Work. Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering solutions-focused advice across a diverse property portfolio? Join Sunwater as our Property Services Manager where you will manage our property portfolio and lead the delivery of property services to the business. This involves leading a team and working on a diverse range of property-related matters, providing solutions-focused advice, recommendations and direction across the business. In addition, you will:

- Develop and implement the Property Services business plan, including necessary frameworks and tools required to deliver Sunwater's Corporate strategy and plan.
- Provide strategic, high quality and solutions-focused property and commercial advice and support on all property matters relevant to a state-wide regional property portfolio, including meeting the acquisition requirements associated with large infrastructure projects.
- Manage the annual property portfolio budget and ensure spend is prudent and efficient.

We are seeking a dynamic accomplished leader with 10+ years' experience in a commercial or utility infrastructure property environment, with relevant tertiary qualifications in a legal or property-related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in addressing complex property and land tenure issues with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies, private organizations, and community groups. In addition, you will have the following skills:

- Leadership: Proven ability to provide leadership, strategic direction, innovation, and insight.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the capability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and Problem Solving: Ability to think "outside the box", providing lateral and flexible solutions to problems that support Sunwater to be customer-centric, agile and innovative.
