The Role

Seeking a motivated Contract Administrator / Junior Project Manager to join our Sydney team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to take the next step in their career, moving from CA into a Project Management role with the guidance of senior leaders.

- Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, procurement schedules, and contract documentation

- Assist with project programming, cost control, and head contract administration

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support smooth project delivery

- Track progress claims, variations, and reporting for the Project Manager

- Gain hands-on exposure to managing smaller projects with mentorship and support

About You

- 2-5 years/' experience in a CA role within a commercial construction environment

- Exposure to fit out and refurbishment projects highly regarded

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar

- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to step up into Project Management

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships
