Aluminium Boat Builder – Fremantle, WA

We’re looking for experienced aluminium boat builders to join a busy workshop in Fremantle, Western Australia.

The role is hands-on fabrication of aluminium vessels for commercial and private use. If you’ve got solid experience in boat building or heavy aluminium fabrication, and take pride in clean welds and accurate work, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role

- Fabricating and fitting out aluminium boats to spec
- Reading and working from technical drawings
- MIG/TIG welding of aluminium to a high standard
- Workshop-based work with some project variety
- Working as part of a crew to deliver quality builds on time

What You’ll Need

- Proven experience in aluminium boat building or structural/marine fabrication
- Strong MIG/TIG welding skills
- Ability to follow drawings and work to tight tolerances
- Reliability and a team-first attitude
- Trade qualifications in fabrication/welding are highly regarded

Work Rights & Relocation

- You must have the right to work in Australia (citizen, PR, or visa holder)
- Relocation support may be available for the right candidate
